Yes. We work with importers and distributors worldwide. Logistics are tailored on a case-by-case basis according to the destination, volumes and replenishment frequency.
Our private-label service is designed for businesses that need an ongoing supply, whether for resale, service or production.
Requirements for an initial production run depend on factors such as the coffee selected, pack size, level of customisation and expected order frequency.
To help us recommend the right solution, tell us your estimated volumes and requirements and we will suggest the most suitable setup for your project.
Pricing depends on several factors, including coffee origin and composition, desired flavour profile, grind, packaging, level of customisation, volumes and logistics.
We use these factors to build a tailored proposal that fits both your market and your target price.
Lead times depend on whether you choose an existing blend or a bespoke coffee, as well as the time required for tastings, artwork approval, packaging and production scheduling.
Once we have reviewed your project, we will provide a clear timeline through to the first delivery.
You provide your brand guidelines and the graphic elements required for your products. We can help adapt the artwork to the selected packaging format and prepare the files required for packing and labelling.
You can also work with your own graphic designer or printer. In that case, we will provide the appropriate artwork templates.
For export projects, any requirements specific to the destination market are reviewed at the outset.
