From roastery to cup, trust built over generations

Founded in Strasbourg in 1949, Cafés Henri has grown across generations while remaining independent, family-owned and close to its customers.

For over 75 years, we have crafted coffee with care, expertise and exacting standards.

We seek out distinctive single-origin coffees and create our own signature blends, selecting each coffee for its origin, character and potential in the cup. Today, Frédéric Steiner and his son Victor carry this family tradition forward, roasting our coffees in France using a traditional, carefully controlled approach that brings out their balance, depth and natural character.

Whether enjoyed as whole beans, ground coffee, pods or capsules, each coffee is crafted to deliver its own balance of flavour, intensity and character — cup after cup.
