Why do we offer a “minute ground” coffee in our Cafés Henri store? Because the degree of grinding will also influence the taste of your beverage.
The granulometry determines the time for which water is let into the ground coffee, and thus, the time dedicated to the expression of the coffee aromas.
That is why our baristas are regularly informed about the model of your coffee machine. Each of these machines requires a specific ground, which will reveal the intensity of the flavours of your coffee, and offer you, depending on the desired preparation, a delicious coffee cream, deep black nectar, light bodied or with a subtle taste...
Strength: last-minute grinding preserves the aromas of the freshly roasted coffee, till the time it is mixed with water and then consumed.
Cafés Henri offers you more than 6 types of ground coffee
You will find 6 types of ground coffee in our stores and with our partners:
- Category 1: extra-fine grind for oriental coffee pots;
- Categories 2 and 3: fine grind for espresso coffee machines and coffee pots with Melitta filters;
- Categories 4 and 5: medium grind for vacuum coffee pots and Italian coffee pots with permanent filters;
- Category 6: coarse grind for French press coffee pots.
You can choose from among our “pure origin” coffees and our in-house blends which are sold loose, in packs, weighed and then minute ground on the spot, depending on the make of your coffee pot.
