The determination and expertise of Cafés Henri are what has allowed the company to position itself as leader in the Great East of France today. Its total annual volume coffee roasted is approximately 600 tonnes, for a turnover of 8 million euros, which places it in the top 15 coffee roasters in France. Since the Cafés Henri policy is essentially quality-based, utmost care is taken when selecting green beans. Before purchasing them, these beans are systematically tasted by the head coffee roaster and the owner himself. The company also stands apart owing to the fact that it employs a traditional method of coffee roasting unique in Europe, which allows the aromas to fully develop.
